Established in 1965, JHBR is an architecture and design firm whose architects, engineers, construction administrators, interior designers, planners and consultants are constantly striving to provide designs that are unmistakably Oklahoman in their function and beauty.

JHBR, headquartered on Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City, concentrates its resources to develop healing and learning environments that are unparalleled in practical, client-centered and evidence-based design.

JHBR Architects Inc., began in 1965 as a merger of two architectural firms: Gene Jones and Associates, founded in 1952, and Halley, Riek and Hester, founded in 1963.

Healthcare and education clients are who we serve. The founders of the firm established a culture of client satisfaction, creative problem solving and the highest level of professionalism available. This culture has allowed JHBR to become one of the most successful firms in the area. We are celebrating our 40th anniversary this year and look forward to continuing and enhancing the tradition of excellence established many years ago.
