Job Positions Currently Available:

HEALTHCARE DIRECTOR 8-10 years licensed experience in healthcare operations, programming, planning and project management. Capable of leveraging JHBR's healthcare resume into personal, financial, professional and firm growth on a regional level.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in architecture with emphasis in healthcare. Licensed as an architect. ACHA certified a plus. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in hospital operations, programming, schematic design, planning and management. Must exhibit excellent oral and graphic presentation, writing and planning skills. Ability to add value in and facilitate client/user meetings. Knowledge of current and future healthcare operations and planning concepts. Strong leadership. Good understanding of how buildings are constructed and phased. Working knowledge of life safety and building codes.

Responsibilities Include: Developing strategic and operational plans and implementing business development plan for healthcare studio. Organizing, monitoring and reporting progress on healthcare projects. Providing decision support for project implementation teams at the PD, SD, DD levels. Oversight of schedules, budgets and staffing. This position reports directly to the principals and will lead in-house and outsourced teams of planners, architects and engineers in meeting the long-range goals of the healthcare studio.

PROJECT MANAGER or ARCHITECT 3-5 years experience and architecture degree required. Join firm experiencing high growth. Work in a creative, self-directed and flexible team environment to implement designs that balance design, budgets and technical execution to exceed client expectations.

Required Skills Include: ACAD R14-2007, Word, Excel, Project. Ability to execute a project from late schematic design through construction documents, engineering coordination, client and agency review and technical review.

INTERN OR STUDENT ARCHITECT 0-3 years experience and/or architecture degree required. Join firm experiencing high growth. Work in a creative, self-directed and flexible team environment to implement designs that balance budgets, design and techincal execution to exceed client expectations.

Required Skills Include: ACAD R14-2005, Word, Excel, Project. Ability to support project related tasks including drafting, document organization, detailing, presentations, rendering and material research, field research, construction administration support.
